Hardcoded MailServer, MailType - Javascript username/domain detection.

- The following example allows the user to login with their email-address, Javascript is used to split the username/domain field from the @ symbol. A hardcoded MailServer address is specified ( 81.27.32.81 ) and defaulting to an IMAP connection.

To test the login-script, use the email address 'login@atmail.com' , password 'testing'
